Product Refunds

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, generally you are entitled to receive a refund of your purchase price (ex. postage and handling) so long as you return the goods within the money-back guarantee period (14 days, unless specified otherwise). Please note that this is a general refund policy for products bought online at only. Some of our courses/products may have a different refund policy that you will be made aware of and agree to before purchasing.

Please ensure you include the Tax Invoice you received via e-mail immediately after ordering, as well as the reason you wish to refund.

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned in reasonable condition (i.e. not marked or soiled), and must be returned within the money back guarantee period .

Postage and handling charges are non-refundable.

We recommend that you insure the contents of any package you wish to return, or else use a traceable delivery service, in order to protect yourself against loss. If the product is lost, a refund cannot be issued. If you are returning a product from overseas (ie – outside Australia), you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Refunds are generally processed directly onto the credit card used in the transaction, however in some instances a cheque may be drawn. Refunds will not be processed onto alternative credit cards.

Seminar Refunds

Our refund policy for events may vary depending on the type of seminar being held.

Due to the nature of some events, an alternative refund policy may apply. In these instances, the applicable refund policy, which has authority over this policy, will be spelled out on the information webpage for that event.
